Anna Rose, Petaluma, lived in PEP housing for seven years, and said that most of the people living there would be homeless if not for PEP providing a safe environment that you can feel good about. Mary Stompe, Executive Director of PEP Housing, asked for support to build affordable housing at 951 PBS, which is the current location of their office. The defendants in respect to that action are Arty, Kim, and Kyle Richardson. The City intends to pursue a court order to close the house for one year pending trial in the position of a maximum fine of $25,000, recovery of the city costs, and attorney fees.
