A. Approval of Proposed Agenda for Regular City Council/PCDC Meeting of
February 27, 2006. – Approved with addition of discussion of restructured water
agreement, proposed rate increases from SCWA, and other water -related issues
raised at the Water Advisory Committee (WAC) meeting.

Section 891.2 of the California Streets and Highways Code to be Eligible for Bike
