Joshua Wilson, Petaluma, who lives on Weaverly Drive, is in support of action against 1645
Weaverly Drive.
Rich Rodkin, President of Board of Petaluma Ecumenical Properties (PEP) Housing, asked the City
Council to continue supporting PEP, specifically the proposed project on 951 Petaluma
Boulevard South.

Sheila Baker, Petaluma, resident of PEP Housing for 5 years, said her experience with PEP Housing
has been wonderful, and thanked the Council for their support.
Anna Rose, Petaluma, lived in PEP housing for seven years, and said that most of the people
living there would be homeless if not for PEP providing a safe environment that you can feel
good about.
Mary Stompe, Executive Director of PEP Housing, asked for support to build affordable housing at
951 PBS, which is the current location of their office.

REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION (ACTIONS TAKEN)
City Attorney Eric Danly stated, in accordance with California Government Code Section
54957.1, which is part of the Brown Act, Council unanimously gave direction for the City Attorney
to initiate litigation on the City's behalf to file a complaint under the California Drug Abatement
Act against property owners at 1645 Weaverly Drive in Petaluma. The defendants in respect to
that action are Arty, Kim, and Kyle Richardson. The City intends to pursue a court order to close
the house for one year pending trial in the position of a maximum fine of $25,000, recovery of the
city costs, and attorney fees.
