Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, spoke on a variety of political topics. 23

Mike Johnson, CEO, Committee on the Shelterless (COTS), spoke about their many 25
accomplishments, and encouraged the Council to continue their valued support of their 26
organization with a long-term funding solution. 27

Margorie Helm, Petaluma Human Relations Council, thanked Council for passing the “It Won’t 29
Happen Here” resolution and invited Council to the Petaluma Community Engagement Fair on 30
May 7, 2017. 31

Bill White, Basin Street Properties, Petaluma, spoke in support of funding for COTS. 33

Shirley Williams, Petaluma, read a letter from Former Police Chief Pat Williams, in support of 35
funding COTS at the full amount requested. 36

Debra Dalton, Mentor Me, Petaluma, spoke in support of funding for COTS. 38

Greg Colvin, Director Kelly Creek Protection Project, Petaluma, spoke about the possibility of 40
Sonoma Land Trust purchasing the Davidon property. He also encouraged Council to allow 41
involvement of other agencies in the EIR and to move the Davidon agenda item from May 15th 42
to June 19th. 43

Susan, Jaderstrom, Petalumans for Responsible Planning, requested the Davidon agenda item 45
on the May 15th meeting move to June 19th meeting to give time for additional agencies to 46
participate in the EIR. 47

Maggie Hohle, Petaluma, spoke in support of funding for COTS. 49
