(A.P.N. 006-423-033) RoccA ~RivE WHEREAS, The Petaluma Community Development Commission (P.C.D.C.) has adopted, as one of its priority projects, the Petaluma River Payran Reach Channel Improvement Project for protection of the developed area in the vicinity from flood damage; and WHEREAS, acquisition of property interest from the Johnson's at 3 Rocca Drive will help address this priority project; and; WHEREAS, the Petaluma Community Development Commission authorizes staff to pursue final negotiations for acquisition of said property: NOW, THEREF®RE, EE IT RESOLVEID that the Chairman, or Executive Director of the Petaluma Community Development Commission (P.C.D.C.) are hereby authorized to enter into and execute all necessary documents between the Petaluma Community Development Commission (P.C.D.C.) and Allan F. and Estella S. Johnson,. the owners of the real property located at 3 Rocca Drive, Petaluma California, at $6,640.00 plus escrow and closing costs and any miscellaneous costs associated with the physical accommodations needed for the project as determined. ~E IT ~JRTHER RES®LVEI) that the Petaluma Community Development Commission (P.C.D.C.) finds that this acquisition was evaluated under the final EIR/EIS adopted for the project.
