HomeMy WebLinkAboutPCDC Resolution 96-13 07/01/1996PETALUMA COMMUNITX DEVELOPMENT COIVIIVIISSION RESOLUTION NO. 96-13 AUTHORIZING EXECTUION OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF 107 WEST PAYRAN STREET AND 13 PAXRAN STREET WHEREAS, Petaluma Community Development Commission has adopted, as one of its priority projects, the Petaluma River Reach Channel Improvement Project for protection of the developed area in the vicinity from flood damage; and WHEREAS, the Commission authorizes staff to pursue final negotiations for acquisition of said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman, Executive Director or Assistant Executive Director of the Petaluma Community Development Commission are hereby authorized to enter into and execute purchase agreements between the Petaluma Community Development Commission and the owners of the real property located at 107 West Payran Street, Petaluma California, for $6,050 and 13 Payran Street, Petaluma, California, for $4,605 plus escrow/closing costs and any miscellaneous costs Adopted this 1st day of July, 1996 by the following vote: Commissioner Read Shea Stompe Maguire Hamilton Vice Chairman Barlas Chapman Hilligoss Aves Noes Absent X X X X X X X Attest: ,~'' P Patricia E.
