PETALUMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR
ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY 7 ROCCA DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Petaluma Community Development Commission has adopted, as one of its
priority projects, the Petaluma River Payran Reach Channel Improvement Project for protection
of the developed area in the vicinity from flood damage; and
WHEREAS, acquisition of property interest from the property will help address this priority
project; and;
WHEREAS, the Petaluma Community Development Commission authorizes staff to pursue final
negotiations for acquisition of said property:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman, Executive Director or Assistant
Executive Director of the Petaluma Community Development Commission are hereby authorized
to enter into and execute all necessary documents between the Petaluma Community
Development Commission and the owner of the real property located at 7 Rocca Drive, Petaluma
California, at $10,380 plus escrow/closing costs and any miscellaneous costs associated with the
physical accommodations needed for the project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Petaluma Community Development Commission finds
that this acquisition was evaluated under the final EIRIEIS adopted for the project.
