HomeMy WebLinkAboutPCDC Resolution 96-11A 06/03/1996RESOLUTION # 11 A PETALUMA COMMUNITYDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, Petaluma Community Development Commission has adopted, as one of its priority projects, the Petaluma River Payran Reach Channel Improvement Project for protection of the developed area in the vicinity from flood damage; and WHEREAS, acquisition of property interests from the properties listed in the attached Exhibit A will help address this priority project; and WHEREAS, the Commission authorizes staff to pursue final negotiations for acquisition of said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman, Executive Director or Assistant Executive Director of the Petaluma Community Development Commission are hereby authorized to enter into and execute purchase agreements between P.C.D.C. and the owners of the real property located at Petaluma, California, .shown below, at the stipulated amounts plus escrow/closing costs and any miscellaneous costs associated with the physical accommodations needed for the project as determined on a property by property basis; Name Address Purchase Price Tvpe Saland 11 Rocca Drive $5,130 Construction Easement Landscaping McGough 9 Jess Avenue $3,015 Construction Easement Landscaping Crellin-Quick 4 Woodworth Way $2,358 Construction Easement Landscaping Boffi 9 Payran Street $7,500 Construction Easement Landscaping and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Petaluma Community Development Commission finds that these acquisitions were evaluated under the final EIRIEIS adopted. for the project.
