That the City Council finds that the Planning Com- mission filed with the City Council on -the 2.1st day of January, 1970 its report'as set forth in its Resolution No. Z1-70, recommending the `adoption of an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S. by reclassifying and rezoning ,from A (Agricultural) Zone or District to an M=:L..(limited Industrial) Zone or District, being more particularly described as follows _. Lvinq within the City of Petaluma, anal being a portion of.that certain 310 acre parcel designated as Parcel 1 of that certain, 'Parcel Map No. 16, recorded in Book 109-6f-'Aaps, page 43, Sonoma County Records, more particularly described as follows:. The City Council further finds that said Planning Commission held a hearing on said proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S. on the 20th day of January, 1970 after having given notice of said hear-ing'in the manner, for the,period and in the form required by said Ordinance No. 662, N'.C..S. Section 3. That pursuant to Article 21 of ,said Zoning Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S.,'The City Council hereby adopts an amendment to said Zoning Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S. so as'to"reclassify and rezone said property hereinbefore described from an A (Agricultural) Zone or District to an M-L (Limited Industrial) Zone or District.. Section 4.. The City Council further finds that'the chanae is consistent with the ur oses of Ordinance No,. 662 N..C.S-. as described p P- in Section 1-100 thereof and that all requirements.of the said -Ordinance have been met. Section 5.
