The City Council further finds that said Plan- nina Commission held a hearing on said proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance No. 662, N.C.S. on the 7,th'.day of October, 1969 after having given notice of said hearing in the manner,,for the period and in the form required by said Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S. -2- l Section!3 That. pursuant -to Article 21 of said Zoning Ordinance -No: 662 N.C.S., the-City-Council hereby. adopts an amend- ment to said Zoning Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S..so- as- .to-reclassfy and rezone said property hereinbefore described from an- A. (Agri- cultural) Zone.or District to an M - (Limited Industrial) Zone, or District: Section 4 . The City Council further finds that the change is consistent,with: the purposes of Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S.-as. described in Section 1 -100 thereof and that all.requ.rements of the said Ordinance have been met.
