(A.GR:ICULTURAL) ZONE OR - DISTRICT TO AN M -L- (LIMITED INDUSTRIAL) ZONE-OR DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE-COUNCIL-OF THE-CITY OF.PETALUMA AS.FOLLOWS: Section 1 . That the -City Council.finds Commission filed with the City Council on.the- 1969 report as s.et.forth in its Resolution ing the adoption -of an amendment.to the - .Zoning N.C.S. by reclassifying and rezoning a portion No. 5 -040 -5 from an.A ) Zone or that the Planning 8th day,of.October, .,No.Zl4-69, recommend Ordinance No. 662 of Assessor's Parcel District; to an. Section 2. The City Council further finds that said Plan- nina Commission held a hearing on said proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance No. 662, N.C.S. on the 7,th'.day of October, 1969 after having given notice of said hearing in the manner,,for the period and in the form required by said Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S. -2- l Section!3 That. pursuant -to Article 21 of said Zoning Ordinance -No: 662 N.C.S., the-City-Council hereby. adopts an amend- ment to said Zoning Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S..so- as- .to-reclassfy and rezone said property hereinbefore described from an- A. (Agri- cultural) Zone.or District to an M - (Limited Industrial) Zone, or District: Section 4 . The City Council further finds that the change is consistent,with: the purposes of Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S.-as. described in Section 1 -100 thereof and that all.requ.rements of the said Ordinance have been met. ' Section 5 '. The. City -Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Petaluma.
