HomeMy WebLinkAboutPCDC Resolution 94-16 12/19/1994PETALUMA COMMUNITYDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RESOL UTION NO. 9 4-16 A RESOLUTION OF THE PETALUMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA, ADOPTING THE 1995-1999 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT AND THE PETALUMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS WHEREAS Assembly Bill 1290, Cha ter 942 of 1993 Statute, became effective on January 1, 1994, adding Subsection 33490 (a) ~1) to the California Health and Safety Code; and WHEREAS California Health and Safety Code Subsection 33490 (d) provides that on or before December 31, 1994, and each five years thereafter, the agency adopt, after a public hearing, an implementation plan for each redevelopment area adopted prior to December 31, 1993; and WHEREAS it is required that notice of the public hearing conducted pursuant to this section shall be published pursuant to section 6063 of the Government Code and posted in at least four permanent places within the project area for a period of three weeks; and WHEREAS on December 5th, 1994 this agency conducted and concluded the above- referenced duly noticed public hearing and all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Petaluma Community Development Commission does hereby find, determine and resolve as follows: In accordance with the requirements of California Health and Safety code Section 33490, the Petaluma community development Commission of the City of Petaluma hereby adopts the Five-Year Implementation Plan.
