McDEVITT, JR. 441 Black Oak Drive Petaluma, CA 94952 (707)763-3652 Irene Borba City of Petaluma 11 English Street Petaluma, Ca 94952 Re: Pinnacle Ridge Subdivisions Dear Irene, DEC 0I 2008 COMMUNITY OEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT As you know I live at 441 Black Oak Drive. Our home is about'/ mile from the proposed subdivision. I support approval of the tentative map for the following reasons: I . Lots are well planned with adequate space between home sites with significant open space where no homes are proposed. 2. The property is zoned for this use. This development is very reasonable in tenns of homes per acre. 3. I believe it will have very little, if any, affect on local or city wide infrastructure and water use. 4. The proponent of Pinnacle Homes is one of the highest quality builders in Sonoma County. Both Craig Lawson and Dick Dowd are two people of integrity who have a track record of well designed successful developments. Their company has a very high rate of satisfaction among buyers of Pinnacle Homes. If anyone is going to build witlun view of my home I want it to be Pinnacle. 5. Our home has a direct view of the site, and after thoroughly reviewing plans, I like how it will look when complete. Ridge. I urge City Council members to approve the Tentative Map Application for Pinnacle Sincerely, William H. McDevitt, JR.
