RESPONSE TO SONOMA COUNTY GRAND JURY FINAL REPORT
1 WHEREAS, the 1991 Sonoma County Grand Jury Final Report addressed
2 School District Allocations and Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds as governed
3 by the State Health and Safety Codes; and

WHEREAS, the Grand Jury Report made numerous recommendations with
regard to each subject; and
WHEREAS, law requires that the effected agencies provide a response. to said
recommendations within 90 days;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached response is hereby
approved and shall be forwarded to the presiding judge and placed on file with the City
and County Clerks as required by law.
