C. Discussion and Possible Direction:
(1) Clarifying that Project Applicants Do Not Have the Right to Demand an
Up -or -Down Vote Before the Planning Commission has Concluded its
Review; and
(2) To Modify Current Procedure so That Any Recommendations the Planning
Commission May Wish to Offer to the City Council will be Brought Forward
to the Council Even if the Commission Recommends Denial of the Project.
5. PUBLIC HEARING
A. Discussion and Possible Action Ordering Abatement of Nuisance Consisting of
Weeds Growing on Public/Private Property in the City of Petaluma and Ordering
the Fire chief to Remove said Weeds by Contract or His Own Forces. (Ginn)
