soon as the previous speaker has concluded his/her comments. The public is invited to make comments
on Consent Calendar items, or other items of public interest not listed on the Agenda, at this time.

A. Resolution of Necessity Approving Filing of Eminent Domain Action to Acquire
Property for Railraod Industry Track Relocation at Lakeville Street and Madison
Street: APN 007-072-024, 007-072-029, 007-072-030, 007-072-031.
