Summary Statement:
This is an annual Resolution as required by the City of Petaluma Personnel System Rules and Regulations,
Rule V: Compensation, Section 4: Holidays,
"For the transaction of municipal business for the City, designated fixed holidays for all employees shall be
determined by Resolution of the City Council and passed annually to establish the holidays for the fiscal
year."

RESOLUTION APPROVING FIXED -HOLIDAYS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006
BE IT RESOLVED, that this action is taken pursuant to Personnel Rules and Regulations
(Rule V Compensation, Section 4: Holidays) and, that the designated fixed -date holidays for the employees of
the City of Petaluma shall be observed as follows:
