PEP Casa Grande Project: An Application to Amend the General Plan from Urban Standard to
Urban High, Amend the Zoning Map from Agricultural to Planned Unit District (PUD), Approve a
Unit Development Plan and Development Standards, Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration,
Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Submittal of an Application to the California State
Department of Housing and Community Development for funding under the HOME Investment
Partnerships Program in an amount not -to -exceed $4.5 million, the execution of a standard
agreement if selected for such funding and any amendments thereto; and any related
documents necessary to participate in the Home Investment Partnership Program for the
