Not all Council Members were present, and applicants Alison Bies, Larry Jonas, and Collette Michaud each received four votes. At today's meeting, ballots will be distributed again and Council will vote to fill the two vacancies on the Public Art Committee. Terms will be either 3 years or 4 years. Term lengths for each member will be decided at the first meeting of the committee. The purpose is to establish staggered term -expiration dates.
