ROLL CALL Present: Chris Albertson; Teresa Barrett; David Glass; Mike Healy; Gabe Kearney; Dave King; Kathy Miller Absent: None PUBLIC COMMENT Mayor Glass opened PUBLIC COMMENT. Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, recited poetry of his own composition. Heather Elliott -Hudson, Petaluma Parents Against Drugs, expressed concern that funds from an increase in Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) will be spent on pensions rather than on the community. Kathleen Stafford, Petaluma, concerned that funds from an increase in Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) will be spent on pensions. Staff was directed to conduct voter polling to determine the amount likely to be passed, and whether the two taxes should be bundled as one measure or be presented separately.
