Amending the Text of the Implementing Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 2300 N.C.S., Chapter 4 Section 4.030 - Allowable Land Uses and Permit Requirements, Chapter 7 Section 7.030 - Accessory Dwellings, Chapter 11 Section 11.060 - Number of Automobile and Bicycle Parking Spaces Required, Chapter 28 - Glossary, and Create a New Section 7.035 - Junior Accessory Dwelling Units to Address Consistency with California Senate Bill 1069, Assembly Bill 2299, and Assembly Bill 2406 Regarding Accessory Dwelling Units. (Duiven) Note Healy made a motion/Chris seconded; there was discussion, Healy amended his motion/Chris amended his second and then the vote was 7/0 - As amended to change Section 7.030(F) to read: The accessory dwelling unit is located within one-half mile of public transit. a.
