ORDERING TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS
ANNEXATION NO. 90-2 (GOLF COURSE /CRAMER)
ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PETALUMA
WHEREAS, the Local Formation Commission of the County of
Sonoma, State of California, adopted its Resolution No. 2097 on August 1,
1991, making determinations and approving the proposed annexation to the
City of Petaluma of territory described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing on this annexation was called for and
held by the Local Agency Formation Commission on August 1, 1991, and
recommended the City of Petaluma proceed with the annexation without
hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Petaluma hereby orders lands of Cramer (Golf Course)
consisting of territory in the vicinity of East Washington Street near Sky
Ranch Drive known as Assessors Parcel No. 136- 070 -19 as a contiguous
annexation, described in Exhibit A annexed, and directs the City Clerk to
transmit a certified copy of this resolution with applicable fees as required
by Section 54902.5 of the Government Code to the Executive Officer of the
Local Agency Formation Commission of Sonoma County.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
REFERENCE: I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City of Petaluma at a (Regular) (Adjourned) (Special) meeting
