RESOLUTION # 86-2
PETALUMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A
STATEMENT OF PROGRAMS
AND A STATEMENT OF EXISTING OBLIGATIONS
The Commission has instituted a variety of projects, which are
currently planned or underway, that are necessary to complete the Central
Business District Improvements.
The Commission has proved its intent to undertake these projects
by appropriating funds, authorizing agreements with private parties or by
approving specific development plans and adopting Resolution # 85-11
identifying existing and contemplated programs, projects and activities. In
addition, the Commission has directed the staff to acquire property,
prepare plans and/or install public improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Petaluma Community Development
Commission does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Commission hereby adopts the Statement of Programs
and Statement of Existing Obligations attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" .
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Petaluma held on August 25, 1986, by the. following
