PETALUMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
RESO. NO. 85-5
RESOLUTION AMENDING
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH
H. AND C. MAHONEY FOR PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the purpose of the Participation Agreement between the
Petaluma Community Development Commission and Herold and Constance
Mahoney is to provide improvement of real property within the
redevelopment project boundaries; and,
WHEREAS, the improvements known as the Petaluma Blvd. North
Parking Lot were constructed; and,
WHEREAS, the agreement established a five-year operation period
ending, June 30, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, owners Herold and Constance Mahoney have requested a
five-year extension
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The Petaluma Community Development Commission hereby approves
the five-year extension to the Participation Agreement with Herold and
Constance Mahoney for operation of a parking lot on Petaluma Blvd.
North at Mary Street.
2. The fees for services provided by the City (permit sales, lighting
and parking enforcement) shall be $100.00 per month.

3. The City will no longer supply parking enforcement if the lot is
not kept clean .
