Larry Dito, Petaluma, spoke regarding his wife's trip and fall on the cobblestones on Water Street. Janice Cader- Thompson, Petaluma, spoke regarding her experiences on 9/11. Alicia Laughlin, Executive Director of the Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition, spoke about the need to update the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. Bjorn Griepenberg, Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee member, spoke in support of updating the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. City Manager Brown Vice Mayor Barrett Mayor Glass A Petaluma Citizen, (name not given), asked if there was a need for volunteers to help with updating the plan. Mayor Glass City Manager Brown Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of political topics. Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives Gail Burnett, Petaluma, supports the updating of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. Duane Bellinger, Petaluma, spoke about the plans for the turning basin project and encouraged Council /staff to consider the effects of global warming on the rise of the water level.
