Janice Cader- Thompson, Petaluma, spoke regarding her experiences on 9/11.
Alicia Laughlin, Executive Director of the Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition, spoke about the
need to update the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
Bjorn Griepenberg, Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee member, spoke in support of
updating the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.

Gail Burnett, Petaluma, supports the updating of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
Duane Bellinger, Petaluma, spoke about the plans for the turning basin project and encouraged
Council /staff to consider the effects of global warming on the rise of the water level.
Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, spoke on a variety of topics.
