Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke about his research on tear gas spray. Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, spoke about his support of medical and recreational marijuana. Arthur Diecke, Environmental Consultant Representing Sunset Developers, encouraged Council and City staff to support his application for recycled water for medical marijuana cultivation. Workshop to Discuss Current Federal, State, and Local Marijuana Regulations and Petaluma Neighborhood Preservation and Enforcement Issues Since Adoption in January, 2016 of the Current Petaluma Medical Marijuana Regulations in Chapter 10.15 of the City of Petaluma Municipal Code and to Receive Council Direction Regarding Potential Amendments to Petaluma's Marijuana Regulations.
