Mayor Glass opened Public Comment on Item 6.13.
Kathleen Favot - Blanquie, Petaluma, read a letter to the editor in the Argus written
by John Nelson. She believes he's well versed on this subject. She opposes the
rate increases.
Edith Benson, Petaluma, opposes rate increases.
Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, told Council these increases were "like the Cavalry
coming in and billing the Indians for stealing their land."
Kenneth (speaker card not submitted) asked if a five -year plan was in
place for water and wastewater rates, if there was an itemized budget, and who
monitors this.
