UNFINISHED BUSINESS A. Policy Direction on Local Cannabis Regulation. (Brown) City Manager Brown Mayor Glass Mayor Glass opened Public Comment on Item 4.A. Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, spoke about the cultivation of marijuana and his opposition to dispensaries. Amy Levine, Petaluma, spoke about the manufacturing aspect of cannabis; specifically, a topical product for pain relief, on behalf of a resident who would like to open a business to sell the product. Jon Melrod, owner SolFul Dispensary, Sebastopol, spoke about the safety measures in place at his business and his successful experience with medical cannabis. John Richards, Petaluma, does not support dispensaries in Petaluma. Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke about banning cannabis.
