measures in place at his business and his successful experience with medical

There was general Council consensus to direct staff to draft an ordinance for
Council's consideration, accepting staff's recommendation to retain the existing
bans with certain exceptions and exemptions, including, but not limited to:
• Cultivation of up to 6 plants in residential zones.
• A limited number of commercial sites, filling orders by delivery only.
• Manufacturing and testing businesses for which cannabis - related
activities are ancillary to primary activities.
Limited -term, revocable permits would be issued only appropriately zoned areas.
