Vice Mayor Barrett opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT.
Andy Ferguson, Citizen's Climate Lobby, Petaluma spoke about his support for a national fee
and dividend on carbon that has been passed by other Bay Area jurisdictions.
Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke about the fire storms in Sonoma County.
John Richards, Petaluma, read a letter on behalf of his neighbor who opposes cultivation of
cannabis.

1 Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives.

3 Janice Cader- Thompson, Petaluma, discussed the importance of safety, specifically
4 access throughout the city. Suggested improving the road between D Street Bridge and
5 Lakeville to provide increased public access and also consideration of improving the Corona
6 overcrossing in case of an emergency.
