CONTINUED DISCUSSION Phil Trowbridge of Debra Homes, Jon Joslyn of Qantas PARKLAND Development Company, staff and Council continued the discussion. Staff agreed to meet once again with representatives of the construction industry on this subject. PRESENTATIONS Mayor Putnam presented a plaque to Director of Community Development Frank Gray, whose last day of service with the City of Petaluma is December 20th; he will be . leaving to assume similar responsibilities in Boulder, Colorado. MAYOR RESIGNATION Mayor Putnam read a letter of resignation. Resolution RES 48399 NCS No. 8399 N.C.S. accepting the resignation of Helen Putnam as Mayor and declaring a vacancy in the office of Mayor in the City of Petaluma.
