MINUTES The minutes on Page 3 of Val -ley Oaks Subdivision were JANUARY 15, 1979 amended by adding: Council added a final condition that no building will be allowed on any lots that drain into Thompson Creek until the creek is upgraded. DISCUSSION OF SMALL Mayor Hilligoss abstained from.the discussion and left CRAFT HARBOR LOCATION the Council table. Vice -Mayor Harberson chaired the meeting for this discussion. John Bus from the firm Hart, Krivatsky and Stubee (HKS) reviewed the sites that they have been looking at in their project which is sponsored by the Army Corps of Engineers. HKS was asking the Council for their feelings on the sites and which one should receive more intensive study by HKS. The Cit.y.Engneer noted the sewer line west of Lake- ville at a line extending from Frates Road is sized to service only the area west of Lakeville Highway, so , a new, sewer line will be needed to service any homes built on the south side of Adobe Creek. This supports the plan, provided that federal or state funds ar-e available to" fully pay for all local agency costs for implementation of: such programs as may be mandated. It was Council consensus to consider this further in 30 days to give residents an opportunity to learn about the proposed changes. Mike Gallagher addressed the Council requesting permission to apply for additional reservations under the Residential Development Control System. After some discussion the resolution was introduced by Councilman Balshaw, seconded by Councilman Bond.
