PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Custodian John LaGoe led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. MINUTES May 29 and June 4 minutes were approved as submitted. APPRECIATION FOR Resolution No. 8565 N.C.S. expressing appreciation for CHILDREN'S LIBRARIAN Doris Cole, retiring Children's Librarian. Introduced RESO #8565 NCS by Councilman Perry and Seconded by Councilman Bond. AYES: BALSHAW /BOND /CAVANAGH /DALY /HARBERSON/ PERRY /MAYOR HILLIGOSS CANVASS VOTE Resolution No. 8566 N.C.S. canvassing vote for the RESO 48566 NCS June 12, 1979 election. The total number of ballots ° cast in the City at said regular municipal election was as follows: inside City 6,396, outside City 600, total ballots cast 6,996. Registered voters inside City 14,562, outside City 6,842. Introduced by Vice - Mayor Harberson; seconded by Councilman Bond.
