COD~SMISSIOiJ AUTHOPIZIiJG THE CI3ALRNIZ~Dd TO SIGIJ AGREE-
MEi~iT FOR THE PURCHASI OF REAL PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman is hereby authorized
to sign and the secretary to attest that certain agreement
for the purchase of real, property located at the corner of
~~estern Avenue and Kel.le.r Street, which real property is
more fully described on the attached Exhibit A.
~1HEREUPON, the foregoing resolution was adopted the
3th day of August, 1977, by the following vote:
