hour of 7:30 p.m..
PURPOSE OF MEETING: To conduct &joint public hearing to consider and,. -act
upon the Redevelopment.Plan'for the Petaluma Central
Business District Redevelopment Project and the Final
'-Environmental Impact Report on the Redevelopment -Plan.

IMPACT REPORT Clerk of the`Petaluma City Council and the Recording
Secretary of the Petaluma Community Development Commission.
Prior to.the testimony to. -be given at the Public Hearing, the Court Reporter
asked all members-of`the`staff of the,.Community Development Coinmission,,the City
of Petaluma,: and•of the'Consultants- involved in the preparation of any part of
the Rede-�,*elopment Plan or'the Environmental Impact Report, as well as citizens
who desired to'gve testimony in favor of or -opposed -to any..portion•of the
proceeding to stand and be. sworn.
General -Counsel Matthew Hudson.recited the eight findings to be made by the
Commission and'the City Council, as contained in Section 33367 of the Health and
Safety Code, after all testimony for -and against the:Redevelo_pment Plan and the
Environmental -Impact Report.was heard.
