March 1, 1976, the Peta- luma Community Development Commission adopted certain proce- dures for the preparation, processing and review of environ- mental impact reports and other environmental documents concerning redevelopment plans, amendments thereto and all projects in furtherance thereof (the "Agency EIR Procedures"); and, WHEREAS, the State Legislature h,as amended the California Environmental duality Ac.t ("CEQA'7 by Chapter 1312, Statutes of 1976, and the State Resources Agency has amended the State EIR Guidelines in conformity therewith; an d., WHEREAS, the Agency desires to make necessary changes to conform its .procedures for ',processin`g environmental documents with state law; NOGG, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the revised "Proce- dures for t'he Preparation, Prbee using and Review of Environmental Documents by the Redevel:opmena Agency", in the form attached to this resolution, are :hereby adopted and supersede the exist- ing agency EIR Procedures.. WHEREUPON, the foregoing.resolution was adopted the 14th day of A4arch, 1977, by the following vote: AYES :.
