The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed
by the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless a
member of the Council or audience has a question regarding a particular
item and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The
Mayor shall then reschedule, in any order he deems appropriate, the
removed item on the agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Resolution authorizing City Manager/Mayor to execute agreement
with Petaluma, People Services Center transportation elderly
and handicapped
3. Introduce,ordinance to rezone property from Light Industrial to
CH (Highway Commercial) property located at southwe$t,corner
East D Street and Lakeville
4. Resolution permanently designating truck route
5. Introduce ordinance adding section to Zoning ordinance allowing
music production and design studios conditional uses in ML zone
(Light Industrial)
6. Introduce ordinance rezoning from single family residential to
