The foi7.ovring items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed
by the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless a
member of the Council or audience has a question regarding a particular
item and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. he Mayor
shall then reschedule, in any order he deems appropriate, the removed
item on the agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Resolution authorizing execution of agreement for maintenance of State
highways within the City of Petaluma
3. Resolution between City and property owners 2100 D Street Extension
for outside water connection
4. Resolution requesting Board of Supervisors to advise punt- issuing
agencies that no additional connections will be permitted to water
service extension to 2100 "D" Street
5. Resolution requesting a change in priority in use of 1974 State Park
Bond Act monies from McNear Peninsula to Lucchesi Park
