The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by
the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless a member
of the Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item
and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall
then reschedule, in any order he deems appropriate, the removed item on
the agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills.
2. Resolution declaring intent of City to continue as a multiple County/
City combination entitlement jurisdiction for purposes of law enforce-
ment assistance
3. Resolution authorizing execution of agreement with landscape architect
for services in connection with exercise trail Cherry Valley School
Becknell & Associates - Santa Rosa $2325.
4. Resolution authorizing acceptance of Step 2 Award from EPA for design
of Petaluma Wastewater Treatment & Reclamation facilities... and ...

At 8:30 p.m. all remaining items on the agenda will be held in abeyance while
the Council conducts the public hearings, which will be limited to one hour
and will be continued to another time if further proceedings are necessary.
a. Adoption of Ord. 1393 rezoning parcels in block bounded by Tunzi,
Upham, Baker and Bodega from Compact Residential to R-1-6,500
(Single Family Residential) cont'd. from January 7.
b. Appeal received from Georgia Cort on Planning Commission action
to approve a variance at 826 D Street - A request for continuance
to March 3 has been received from Mr. Kosewic
