The Mayor shall then reschedule, in any order he deems appropriate, the removed item on the agenda. 1. Resolution approving claims and bills. . 2. Introduce ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance to provide a time limit for which Use Permit is automatically expired if discontinued for a period of 6 months or more 3. Introduce ordinance amending zoning ordinance to rezone 23 acres from R-1-6,500 to Study and 23 acres from R-1-6,500 to Office Commercial 4. Introduce ordinance amending zoning ordinance to rezone Village East from PCD to PUD 5. Resolution authorizing execution of agreement with landscape architect, for services in connection with exercise trail Cherry Valley School Becknell & Associates - Santa Rosa $2,325 6. Resolution awarding bid for 2 police cars to Petaluma Chrysler/Plymouth for $13,072.51 7.
