CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 1 thru 8)
The foltowing items which are noncontroversial and have been revi(3wed by the
City Counc-il and staff will be enacted by, one motion unless a member of the
Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and, asks that
it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then reschedule,
in any order he deems appropriate, the removed item on the agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills. .
2. Introduce ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance to provide a time limit
for which Use Permit is automatically expired if discontinued for a period
of 6 months or more
3. Introduce ordinance amending zoning ordinance to rezone 23 acres from
R-1-6,500 to Study and 23 acres from R-1-6,500 to Office Commercial
4. Introduce ordinance amending zoning ordinance to rezone Village East
from PCD to PUD
5. Resolution authorizing execution of agreement with landscape architect,
for services in connection with exercise trail Cherry Valley School
Becknell & Associates - Santa Rosa $2,325
6. Resolution awarding bid for 2 police cars to Petaluma Chrysler/Plymouth
for $13,072.51
7. Resolution authorizing acceptance of grant from State of California for
design of Petaluma Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation facilities $38,000
and --- authorizing execution of grant agreement with State of California
8. Resolution approving traffic installation Lakeville Highway and US 101
southbound to be a four -legged signal .
