The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by the
City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless—a member of the
Council or audience has a question regarding a partiqular'item and asks -that
it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar.. The Mayor shall, then reschedule,
in any order he deems appropriate, the removed item on the agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills.
2. Introduce ordinance to amend zoning ordinance - Floodway and Flood Plains -
to raise level above base flood level, establish standards for new
Mobile Nome Parks, and define variance.
3. Introduce ordinance amending zoning ordinance to allow wholesale sales
with related freight.operatiorrs.
4. Introduce ordinance amending Petaluma. Municipal Code tQ delegate authority
to accept completed public improvements.
5. Resolution of Intention to enter into Sewer Refund Agweement regarding
Scenic Land Properties (McNear Manor).
6. Resolution authorizing enforcement of Vehicle Code at Plaza North
Shopping Center
7. Resolution approving partial occupancy - Sunrise Subdivision
8. Resolution supporting Senate Bill 1295 (lowers interest rate for
public marinas)
