ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES
6. Ord. 1411 Amending Article 16 of the Zoning Ordinance relating to
Floodway and Flood plain districts establishing standards for mobile
home parks and defining 'variance in floodway'
7. Ord. 1412 Amending Zoning Ordinance by adding Section 14-408 allowing
wholesale sales with related freight operations
8. Ord. 1413 Amending Section 20.04.100 of the Municipal Code to provide
that City Council may delegate final acceptance of public improvements
9. Resolution authorizing City Engineer to accept public improvements
in subdivisions and authorizing City Engineer to approve occupancy
of subdivisions .as portions thereof prior to final acceptance

PUBLIC HEARINGS 7:30 p.m.
At 7:30 p.m. all remaining items on the agenda will be held in abeyance while
the Council *conducts the public hearing, which will be limited to one hour
and will be continued to another time if further proceedings are necessary.
Adoption of Ord. 1409 (introduced 3/3/80) rezoning Village East
from Planned Community District to Planned Unit Development.
Council will consider agenda item #5 after taking action on
this item.
