CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 1 thru 6)
The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by
the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless a member of
the Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and asks that
it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shaZZ then reschedule,
in any order he deems appropriate, the removed item on the agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Resolution designating Argus Courier official newspaper for advertising
and approving the charges for same
3. Introduce ordinance to purchase real property - Liberty at Magnolia
4. Resolution recommending further consideration of financial impact
of Aggregate Resources Management plan prior to adoption by County
5. Resolution creating personnel classification of Property Technician -
Police Department
6. Resolution establishing new salary range for Community Service Officer -
Police Department

At 8:30 p.m. all remaining items on the agenda will be held in abeyance while
the Council conducts the public hearing, which will be limited to one hour
and will be continued to another time if further proceedings are necessary.
