At 8:30 p.m. all remaining items on the agenda will be held in
abeyance while the.Council conducts the public hearings, which
will be limited to one hour and will be continued to another time
if further proceedings are necessary.
a. Adoption of Ord. 1419 rezoning property at south-
west corner Sartori Drive and Casa Grande from
R-1-10,000 to Planned Unit Development - Countrywood
(the Council will consider item #18 - Countrywood
tentative map immediately following this item)
b. Adoption of Ord. 1420 rezoning property at 101 EJ.lis
Street from Garden Apartment Residential to
Planned Unit Development (R. Earls) [the Council
will consider item #19 - Tentative map for this
project immediately following action on this ordinance]
C. Planning Commission recommendation to amend General
Plan to add a high density residential land use classi-
