GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT Mayor Glass opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT, Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, spoke on a variety of political topics. Rabbi Ted Feldman, Petaluma Community Relations Council, supports controlling rent increases. Annie Dobbs - Kramer, North Bay Organizing Project, urged the Council to support controlling rent increases. Zahyra Garcia, Indivisible Petaluma, urged the Council to support controlling rent increases. Candace Stump, Petaluma, urged the Council to support controlling rent increases. Cynthia Clarkson, North Bay Organizing Project, would like Council to support a zero percent increase in rent post fires and submitted a draft ordinance, Shale Butler, Petaluma, as a landlord he supports zero rent increases. Esmeralda Soriano, Petaluma, urged the Council to support controlling rent increases. Carmen Herrera, Petaluma, urged the Council to support controlling rent increases. Gabriella Orantes, Petaluma, urged the Council to support controlling rent increases. (Duiven) Mayor Glass Mayor Glass opened Public Comment on the CONSENT CALENDAR. Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, does not support the resolution and encouraged Council to review the documentation he submitted Andy Ferguson, Citizen's Climate Lobby, Petaluma, spoke in support of the resolution and reported the successes of the organization. Bruce Hagen, Citizen's Climate Lobby, Petaluma, spoke in support of the resolution. Lisa Jenkins, Citizen's Climate Lobby, Petaluma, spoke in support of the resolution.
