CONSENT CALENDAR Items 1 thru 8.
The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by the
City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless a member of the
Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and asks that
it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shaZZ then reschedule
it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Note receipt of May 21, 1980, letter from Federal Emergency Management
Agency confirming our flood way/flood plain regulations are acceptable
and flood insurance is available
3. Resolution establishing a conflict of interest code for the City of
Petaluma, listing designated employees and outlining reporting require-
ments
4. Resolution approving final map Valley Oaks subdivision
5. Resolution approving final map North San Francisco Bay Industrial Park 2B
6. Resolution approving filing for Transportation Development Act Funds
for pedestrian and bicycle facilities
7. Resolution authorizing City Manager to sign agreement for use of fair-
