CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 1 through 7
The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by
the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless a member of
the Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and asks
that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then reschedule
it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Introduce Ordinance prezoning property (Frates Rd., Ely Blvd. S., Sartori
Rd.) from County Agricultural to City,Study (Duffel Financial)
3. Introduce Ordinance prezoning property (Casa Grande, Ely Blvd. South)
from County Agricultural to Agricultural District
4. A motion approving extension of time for AB -103 committee to conclude
preparation of study (to September 30, 1980)
5. Introduce ordinance rezoning property located at N. McDowell and Clegg
from Light Industrial to Planned Unit Development
6. Resolution approving Larry Jonas request for time extension to complete
Creekside Oaks II to 9/26/81
7. Resolution authorizing Downtown Sidewalk Sales July 24, 25, 26, 1980

Casa del Oro Phase I)
