The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed
by the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless a
member of the Council or audience has a question regarding a particular
item and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor
shall then reschedule it inany order he deems appropriate on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Ordinance levying rate of taxation upon assessed valuation of property
for bonded indebtedness (adopt as urgency ordinance)
3. Resolution approving settlement of claim of Regional Water Quality
Control Board for January, 1980, effluent by-pass incident
4. Resolution approving final map of Burlington Estates

S. Letter from E. T. Wold appealing Planning Commission denial of
request for subdivision ordinance modification approval and schedule

At 8:30 p.m. all remaining items on the agenda will be held in abeyance while
the Council conducts the public hearing which will be limited to one hour and
will be continued to another time if further proceedings are necessary.
Public hearing to determine whether public necessity, health, safety or
welfare require the formation of an underground utility district as
more particularly called " C Street Underground Utility District No, 1"
