Richard McMillan The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion unless a member of the Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then reschedule it inany order he deems appropriate on this agenda. 1. Resolution approving claims and bills 2. Ordinance levying rate of taxation upon assessed valuation of property for bonded indebtedness (adopt as urgency ordinance) 3. Resolution approving settlement of claim of Regional Water Quality Control Board for January, 1980, effluent by-pass incident 4. Resolution approving final map of Burlington Estates PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS S. Letter from E. T. Wold appealing Planning Commission denial of request for subdivision ordinance modification approval and schedule for consideration at the September 15 Council meeting NEW AND UNFINISI-IED BUSINESS 6. Introduce ordinance to rezone property located at Madison Street and Edith from R-1-6,500/Flood Plain Zone to Planned Unit Development - Flood Plain Zone A. Letter from residents of area (Edith and Madison) opposing rezoning 7. Resolution awarding bid for repairs to City Water Facilities 8. Village Meadows subdivision (located on Ely Blvd. north of Lynch Creek) A. Adopt Ord. 1433 rezoning from R-1-6,500 to Planned Unit Development B. Resolution approving development plan C. Resolution approving tentative map D. Resolution approving agreement re: elderly low/moderate income housing City Council Meeting -2- TUESDAY, Sept. 2, 1980 9.
