CONSENT CALENDAR (Items, 1 - 10 )
The following items which are noncontroversial and have been
reviewed by the City Council and staff will be enacted by one
motion unless a member of the City Council or audience has a
question regarding a particular item and asks that it be
withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then
reschedule it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda
1, Resolution approving claims and bills `
2, Resolution awarding bid for ride -on mower and trailer for
Parks Division
3. Resolution declaring various scrap material and equipment
as surplus and authorizing the sale thereof
4. Resolution ordering annexation of North Petaluma #8.
(106.8 acres on North McDowell)
5. Resolution ordering annexation of Northeast Petaluma #13
(63.73 acres bordered by Casa Grande Rd, Ely Rd., Frates Rd.)
6. Resolution of intention to abandon and close to public use
a portion of K Street between Petaluma Blvd. South and
Fifth Street- hearing scheduled for November 17

18, Ord. 1441 establishing speed limits on certain arterial
streets in the City
19. Ord. 1442 amending Section 19.1-200 A and C of Zoning Ordinance
to permit additional dwelling units on'5 - 12% slopes within
areas classified at densities of ten dwelling units per acre
on the General Plan
20. Ord. 1443 rezoning property from Study to Planned Unit
Development (Oak Hill Development - N. Petaluma Blvd. )

At 8:30 p.m. all remaining items on the agenda will be held in
abeyance while the Council conducts the public hearing, which will
be limited to one hour and will be continued to another time if
further proceedings are necessary.
