The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by
the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a member
of the City Council or audience has a question regarding the item and asks
that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then
reschedule it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Adopt Ord. 1543 NCS amending Chapters 15.56 and 15.64 of the
Municipal Code regarding wastewater disposal system wastewater
ordinance
3. Establish Spring Clean-up Week May 9 to May 16
4. Resolution authorizing agreement with 4th District Agricultural
Association for police services for fair June 15 - 19
5. Resolution authorizing execution of agreement with Petaluma Softball
Association to conduct 1983 Adult Softball Program
PUBLIC HEARINGS
6. A. Add Transfer Density Rights designation to area east of Ely
between Corona Road area & Washington Street beyond designated
water service elevation; also to appropriate areas of the Sonoma
Highlands (LaCumbre) property, and two other areas (1) between
"I" St. and Purrington Rd. and (2) northerly of and including
northwestern corner of Lavio property. (Item 10 of report to
Council 3/21/83) .
B. Adopt and relocate urban separator in appropriate locations
outside the urban development line established by the West
Petaluma Plan on the southwest side of town between Western and
McNear Avenues. (Item 11 of report to Council 3/21/83)
C. Add road through Sonoma Highlands site (formerly La Cumbre) to
link "D" Street and Western Avenue. (Item 27 of report to
Council 3/21/83)
