The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by
the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a member
of the City Council or audience has a question regarding the item and asks
that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then
reschedule it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Resolution cancelling taxes on property deeded to the City
3. Resolution approving five-year Federal Aid Urban (FAU) projects for
Sonoma County
4. Resolution approving regional State Transportation Improvement Pro-
jects (STIP)
5. Resolution awarding contract for envelopes - Water Department billings
PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
6. Request from NOAH to address the Council regarding the recent
flooding in the Payran area
7. Request from Marin County Board of Supervisors to support Highway
