The Mayor shall then reschedule it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda. 1. Resolution approving claims and bills 2. Resolution cancelling taxes on property deeded to the City 3. Resolution approving five-year Federal Aid Urban (FAU) projects for Sonoma County 4. Resolution approving regional State Transportation Improvement Pro- jects (STIP) 5. Resolution awarding contract for envelopes - Water Department billings PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS 6. Request from NOAH to address the Council regarding the recent flooding in the Payran area 7. Request from Marin County Board of Supervisors to support Highway 101 Corridor Plan and Program, Phase 1 8. A. Resolution concerning the issuance of economic development revenue bonds for Russ Berrie and Company, West, Inc. and authorizing execution of letter of agreement B.
