Informational Congress called by the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors. He explained that the 1:30 o'clock ses ; sion sched- uled a-discussion on the proposed North Coast Planning and Development Commission; however, when he arrived, the,meeting had been cancelled and he barned none ofthe supervisors . that were in attendance.. Councilman .Perry, Jr., al- so requested that more advance - notice of the meetings be sent -.to the Council in order to avoid. conflict, of commitments. He recalled that-the • notice for the May 6 was .re- ceived.on May 1, 19'72. In• line with the.pro- test,_a.motion was made by. Councilman Mattei, seconded by'- Counclman'Per.ry, Jr., directing that a letter of concern be written to the Board of Supervisors that when-'a-meeting is called at their own request that,it be properly manned and staffed so that Councilmen attending the meeting will not be wasting their time..
